30-Day Return Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To ensure eligibility, the item must be unused and in the same pristine condition in which you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.
Exclusions: Certain items are exempt from being returned. This includes perishable goods like food and consumables, along with any equipment which has had fluid running through them like Coffee or Mains/ Bottles Water as well as hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases, such as CO2. Please note that we also do not accept returns directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds Consideration: There are instances where partial refunds are applicable. Items not in their original condition, showing damage or missing parts unrelated to our error, do not qualify for refunds. Similarly, items returned more than 30 days after delivery are also not eligible for refunds.
Refunds Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and the outcome of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 21 days.

Gift Returns: If you received an item marked as a gift, a gift credit equal to the return's value will be issued upon receipt of the item. If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund issued will have the return shipping cost deducted.
